As a Product Advocate at Metabase, you’ll help potential customers understand the possibilities of the tool and educate trial users on unlocking the full potential of our amazing product. From these interactions as a front-line member of Metabase, you’ll gather and share valuable insights with our Product, Growth, and Sales teams, helping to grow the business.

    • Have a collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
    • Have a working knowledge of a data stack and an understanding of where Metabase fits
    • Are able to work in GMT+0 or GMT+1 hours (CEST)

Bonus points if you:

    • Have hands-on experience working with BI tools (extra points for Metabase experience)
    • Have previous experience in a customer-facing role 
    • Are fluent in multiple languages (this is helpful as our users are worldwide)
    • Have experience with open-source products
    • Have experience working in a growing startup environment
