What you’ll be doing
- Responsible for the company's financial management and supervision, organize the formulation of financial management systems and relevant regulations, and supervise their implementation;
- Develop, maintain and improve the company's financial management procedures and policies;
- Responsible for the formulation, implementation and monitoring of the company's annual business plan to ensure the realization of the company's business goals;
- Responsible for the company's comprehensive financial work, including daily financial management, accounting, fund management, cost control, tax management, etc.;
- Responsible for the company's financial analysis work, provide timely financial analysis and forecast reports, provide a basis for the company's decision-making, and ensure the stability and compliance of the company's financial status;
- Assist in establishing and improving the enterprise's comprehensive budget management system, regularly organize various departments to prepare and update comprehensive budgets, implement effective monitoring and analysis, and make suggestions for improvement;
- Establish and improve comprehensive budget management, organize the preparation and review of annual operating budgets, and establish budget management and assessment mechanisms
- Responsible for sorting out various financial business processes
- Responsible for the company's financial management and internal control, complete the annual financial budget according to the company's business development plan, and track its implementation
What you'll need
- Proficient in financial management rules and procedures
- More than 5 years of financial management experience
- Have good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit
- Familiar with corporate accounting standards and financial modules and accounting processing, and familiar with the operation processes of large-scale system software such as ERP, SAP, etc.
- Have the ability to manage risk, business analysis, financial planning, build a budget management system, and cost control
- Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills and can communicate with overseas colleagues.
