Responsibilities
- 1. Assist the CEO in conducting the management of the company globally, coordinate and collaborate with various teams under the guidance of CEO to ensure smooth operation.
- 2. Maintain administrative processes that reduce redundancy and improve accuracy, while achieving organizational objectives
- 3. Develop and revise company policies, procedures, and guidelines with the guidance of CEO and to ensure the implementation of these policies.
- 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, ensure buy-in, and facilitate the implementation of policies.
- 5. Follow up and report the global office on work progress and completion status according to the company's work arrangements and requirements.
- 6. Assist the CEO with daily administrative tasks and complete any other tasks assigned by the CEO.
Requirements:
- 1. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
- 2. 5+ years of applicable administrative experience, ideally from a global organization.
- 3. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- 4. Strong teamwork skills; and a confident ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process and work very collaboratively with others.
- 5. Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- 6. Working proficiency of Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Drive, GMeet). Experience using Confluence,Jira, Slack, and Miro and are a plus.
- 7. Having validate US visa is a plus.
