· Based on the company's strategic goals and the needs of each department, summarize the number of job requirements and job
requirements, formulate or assist in formulating overall recruitment plans.
· Communicate with the employing department, understand job requirements, and formulate accurate JD.
· Responsible for the development, maintenance and management of recruitment channels, publishing JD in recruiting platforms.
· Responsible for resume screening, interview invitation, recruitment, onboarding follow-up, and help with establishing a talent pool.
· Finish recruitment tasks in time.
· Analyzing and summarizing recruitment data, improving the speed and quality of recruitment.
· Optimizing the recruitment process.
- Unified enrollment bachelor degree
- Have more than 4 years of relevant recruitment work experience, with the spirit of digging.
- Proficient in using the recruitment funnel and successfully solving recruitment problems, familar with one or more ATS system.
- Have certain experience and ability in medium and high-level recruitment delivery.
- Excellent communication expression,pragmatic and self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
- Can speak English and Chinese fluently.
