Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Associate Product Manager to participate in creating new products and features, from the idea stage to launch the product for Metaprise. To succeed in this role, you should have experience in end-to-end project management. Your primary responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations, and improving overall user experience.


What you’ll be doing

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and business development, to conceptualize, develop, and launch new functions and features in the company’s B2B fintech product Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify user needs, market trends, and opportunities for product enhancements.
    • Define product requirements, create user stories, and develop detailed product specifications to guide the product development process.
    • Coordinate and drive product development activities, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones and adherence to project timelines.
    • Work closely with development teams to provide clear product direction, resolve technical challenges, and ensure alignment with the product vision.
    • Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively communicate updates and status reports to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and engaging user experiences, prototypes, and flow charts, leveraging user-centered design principles and best practices to convert requirements into PRD Conduct usability tests, gather user feedback, and iterate product features to optimize user satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
    • Define and track key product metrics to measure product performance, user engagement, and business impact. Analyze data and user behavior to identify opportunities for product improvements and inform product strategy.
    • Monitor product feedback and customer support channels to identify and address user issues or concerns.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and address inquiries related to product features and functionality.
    • Support the sales and marketing teams with product knowledge, training materials, and demonstrations to drive adoption and achieve revenue targets.   

What you'll need

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
    • 2+ years of experience in product management or related roles in the fintech or financial services industry. 
    • Strong understanding of financial technology and familiarity with key industry trends and regulatory considerations. 
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. 
    • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. 
    • Strong English communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
    • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. 
    • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus. 
    • Familiarity with product management tools and technologies, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
