Responsibilities

    • Understanding the goals and objectives of the operational business plans. Partner with the Corporate HR to implement global plans and initiatives;
    • Responsible for Global  HR SSC process development and service delivery
    • Provide professional solutions and support for Global employee relations management;
    • Provide transactional and administrative services including but not limited to associates on/off boarding, associates communication/consultation, performance management, HR policy communication & compliance monitoring, associates engagement and talent retention, and mass transaction updates.

Specific Duties and Accountability of the Job

    • Review and execute HR policies, operational procedures in HR area to ensure compliance with local legislation, tax and social security laws;
    • Assisting in HR Shared Services project, in terms of system and team building, designing and optimizing core business processes, and establishing SOP service standards and operation specifications;
    • Responsible for the daily management of HRSSC, digitization process, to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of service work, and continuously improve the service level;
    • Responsible for standard HR Master Data changes in line with compliance, data privacy and service levels requirements, ensure all the data accuracy;
    • Deliver on-boarding and perform new associates orientation to ensure associates experience;
    • Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data;
    • Use internal GS PP to manage all HR processes including, on/off boarding, probation, contract renewal, employment status change, leave management, and etc;
    • Maintain and collect all kinds of associates life-cycle documents, ensure all the documents are accurate and follow the company process and compliance, filing all the documents according to the guidelines;
    • Support the company culture build-up and associates engagement improvement through a series of projects, programs and actions;
    • Provide the necessary support to HRBP, work closely with internal customer provide the professional HR service;
    • Conduct periodic internal reviews/audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed;
    • Be responsible for answering all kinds of associates inquiries in an appropriate manner, and resolve enquirers on time;
    • Assume additional responsibilities and special projects as needed or directed.

Requirements

    • Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role
    • Good knowledge of labor law
    • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
    • Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
    • Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
    • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
    • Team management skills
    • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
    • MSc in HR is a plus
