    • Work closely with the development team to provide clear product direction, address technical challenges, and ensure alignment with the product vision.
    • Collaborate with the UK team to ideate, develop and launch new functionality and features for the company's B2B fintech products
    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify user needs, market trends, and opportunities for product enhancements.
    • Define product requirements, create user stories, and develop detailed product specifications to guide the product development process.
    • Manage product development activities to ensure timely delivery of product milestones and adherence to project timelines.
    • Identify and mitigate risks and proactively communicate reports of updated products to the UK team.
    • Work with design teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences, prototypes, and flowcharts that leverage user-centered design principles and best practices to translate requirements into PRDs
    • Collect user feedback and manage product features to optimize user satisfaction and achieve business goals.
    • Define and track key product metrics to measure product performance, user engagement, and business impact.
    • Analyze data and user behavior to identify opportunities for product improvement and inform product strategy.
    • Monitor product feedback and customer support channels to identify and resolve user issues or concerns.
    • Continuously track customer needs, work with internal BA teams to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and resolve inquiries related to product features and functionality.
    • Provide product knowledge, training materials, and demo support to sales and marketing teams to advance.

    • Candidates with more than 4 years of relevant experience in financial product management.
    • Familiar with product market research and competitive product analysis, with product management experience from initial design to production, product thinking and new product design experience.
    • Manage PRDs, product features, product development processes, and progress using product management tools.
    • Knowledge of product management, strategic thinking, user-centered thinking, analytical and data-driven decision-making, technical competencies, and project management.
    • Excellent adaptability and ability to work under pressure, good spoken Chinese and English and soft communication skills.
