Join Our Team as a Marketing Technology Solutions Manager! Are you ready to bring your Martech expertise to a team that values innovation and client success? We're looking for a solutions-oriented specialist who is comfortable advising clients, facilitating workshops, and implementing robust Martech strategies. If driving global projects with cutting-edge technologies sound interesting, this could be the ideal role for you! 

You will be:

    • Facilitating alignment and communication with client stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, IT, and executive teams. 
    • Acting as a strategic advisor to marketing and sales leaders, helping them optimize and integrate Martech solutions to meet business objectives. 
    • Training and empowering client resources with best-practice frameworks to help them independently leverage Martech tools for ongoing success. 
    • Leading workshops, training sessions, and content development to foster client engagement and hands-on understanding of Martech capabilities. 
    • Staying current with marketing, sales, and revenue operations industry trends and technologies, sharing relevant insights with clients. 
    • Managing multiple customer projects simultaneously, adapting to evolving client needs and problem-solving in dynamic environments. 
    • Owning assigned work with accountability for its correlation to broader project outcomes 

You will need:

    • 3+ years of experience working withMarTech infrastructures 
    • Experience with customer data platforms and similar tools for managing and integrating customer data effectively (experience with Segment would be highly appriciated). 
    • Familiarity with advanced analytics platforms, user engagement tools, and systems designed for personalized marketing and data-driven decision-making (experience with Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Braze/MoEngage would be considered as an advantage). 
    • Strong project and stakeholder management skills to coordinate projects, set priorities, and keep initiatives on track. 
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to tackle technical issues and collaborate smoothly with cross-functional teams 
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
