As an Odoo Project Manager/Product Owner, you’ll play a pivotal role in:

    • Project Management: Oversee day-to-day activities for multiple projects, including scoping, sprint management, and ensuring timely delivery.
    • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with project stakeholders and business users to align goals and expectations.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present weekly and monthly status reports to keep everyone informed.
    • Risk Management: Proactively manage risks and address issues that arise during project execution.
    • Change Management: Maintain and update change management processes.
    • Testing and Validation: Ensure thorough testing and validation of new features, functionalities, and modules.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other functions to address dependencies and secure shared resources.
    • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product (specific to projects under your management).
    • Enhancement Planning: Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to create a product enhancement and optimization plan.

We’re Looking For:

    • Odoo Expertise: Good application/product knowledge, preferably with Odoo. Certification is a plus.
    • Python Basics: Basic knowledge of Python; advanced knowledge is desirable.
    • Project Management Experience: Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP, Prince 2, etc.).
    • Agile Enthusiast: Understanding of Agile methodology.
    • Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Projects, Planner, MS Tasks, Jira, etc.
