We are currently looking to welcome a Senior IT Business Analyst. So if you're looking for an inspiring challenge - it's the right time to join us!

You will:

    • Gather, document, analyze, and secure approval for business requirements from clients.
    • Lead requirements workshops.
    • Create documentation in written form and diagrams.
    • Translate business needs into technical requirements.
    • Work closely with the development team to define user stories, prioritize tasks, and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure successful project delivery.

You will need:

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business process analysis.
    • A solid understanding of software development processes.
    • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
    • To be detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive.
    • To be capable of working independently and collaboratively.
    • To be highly organized with excellent time-management skills.

Additional pluses:

    • Experience in the insurance or financial sectors.
    • Proven success on projects ranging from small initiatives to major corporate endeavours.
