We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent for our IT teams.

You will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and engineering roles from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various platforms and creative outreach strategies.
- Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate pipelines.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Manage and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support and execute employer branding activities (e.g., events, social media, collaboration with universities).
- Contribute to other HR related projects and activities.
You will need:
- At least 1 year of experience recruiting for IT or engineering roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to source and engage candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, databases, networks, referrals)
- Genuine interest in employer branding and eagerness to participate in related initiatives.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

- Salary ranges from 2400 EUR to 3500 EUR gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
