Hey!
We are looking for a proactive Change Project Manager to work with an international financial industry client of Metasite. In this role, you will lead strategic change and collaboration initiatives and optimize communication processes. If you’re passionate about improving organizational efficiency and enjoy driving impactful projects, this role is for you!
You will:
- Initiate organisation changes & initiatives, ensure their delivery and as well as transition it to routine operations.
- Define and execute project deliverables and scope & prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-team stakeholders and management to identify requirements, needs and identify solutions to address those requirements.
- Collect user feedback, analyze and address collected findings by revising delivery plans.
- Ensure that all required artefacts are created, communicated and followed (Tasks, Documentation, Delivery plans, Routines, etc.).
You will need:
- Experience working as Product Owner or similar position (managing product Backlog & Roadmap would be considered as advantage).
- Familiarity with Collaboration (Microsoft Suite & Collaboration tools) and Work Management Platforms (Atlassian Suite).
- Proven experience in leading and transitioning change initiatives into business-as-usual operations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to align diverse teams.
- Analytical and problem-solvingskills to critically evaluate existing processes, gaps and potential improvements required to improve organizational communication and efficiency.
- Systemic approach to the required collaboration changes and tooling.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teamwork planning and oversee delivery.

- Salary range from 4000 to 5500 EUR gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
