We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Content Management Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will take ownership of content operations and play a key part in delivering high-quality digital experiences through a Content Management System (CMS). You’ll work closely with product owners, developers, business analysts, and designers in a dynamic and international environment.

In this role, you will:

    • Lead and support the Content Management System deployment and release process across squads, including:
    • Running pre-deployment validation checks using scripts
    • Troubleshooting and resolving deployment issues
    • Collaborating with the Development and Delivery teams on incident response
    • Perform content modelling, editing, and configuration for assigned feature builds
    • Assist in triaging and resolving production issues related to content and CMS performance
    • Carry out content operations tasks, including preparing solution specifications and supporting CMS optimisation initiatives
    • Manage and configure content via the CMS, including page layouts, templates, workflows, and access management
    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the CMS and related tooling
    • Actively participate in Agile team ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, refinements, and planning sessions
    • Juggle multiple initiatives and deliverables in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

You will need:

    • A solid background in IT, digital content, or web technology environments
    • Proven experience working with Content Management Systems (experience with Acoustic CMS is a strong plus)
    • Familiarity with deployment processes, pre-release validation, and basic scripting is advantageous
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
    • Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
    • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a cross-functional team
