THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Director of Enterprise IT is responsible for overseeing IT operations, driving digital transformation, and ensuring technology solutions are aligned with organizational goals. This leader will ensure scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure and services while partnering closely with business stakeholders to deliver value-driven technology solutions.

WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:
- Serve as a trusted technology advisor and thought partner to the CPTO
- Translate organizational strategy into actionable IT roadmaps, ensuring initiatives are aligned across departments.
- Drive execution of key enterprise priorities and monitor progress through measurable outcomes and KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing IT team including system administrators, network engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and support staff.
- Establish clear performance goals, foster a culture of innovation and accountability, and support career development at all levels.
- Lead enterprise cybersecurity initiatives including implementation of frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
- Oversee SOC 2 Type II compliance efforts, manage third-party audits, and strengthen governance structures to protect organizational and customer data.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and incident response readiness.
- Oversee IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor negotiation to ensure cost-effective and value-driven technology investments.
- Identify opportunities to streamline systems, reduce costs, and modernize IT infrastructure and service delivery.
- Serve as a trusted technology advisor to business leaders, translating complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
- Lead cross-functional projects, support mergers and acquisitions, and ensure technology solutions directly contribute to revenue growth and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience, 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or government.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level security and compliance programs, including successful SOC 2 Type II audits and governance implementation.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), risk management, and incident response best practices.
- Expertise in telephony and communications systems (8x, RingCentral, etc.)
- Expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Office 365, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Experience with SharePoint and enterprise collaboration tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a systems-thinking and customer-centric mindset.
