JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in healthcare software, specifically targeting pharmacy owners. This role is pivotal in translating technical features and updates into meaningful marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating compelling product campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·         Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of pharmacy owners. Analyze industry trends to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
·         Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates PrimeRx in the marketplace. Ensure all marketing materials effectively communicate the value propositions of our software solutions.
·         Campaign Development & Execution: Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that highlight product features and benefits. Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, webinars, and events, to reach and engage the target audience.
·         Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create and update sales tools, presentations, and training materials. Ensure the sales team is well-equipped to communicate product value and address customer inquiries effectively.
·         Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and videos, that educates and informs pharmacy owners about PrimeRx's offerings.
·         Customer Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. Work closely with the product development team to ensure customer needs are met.
·         Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports on key metrics and use insights to optimize future campaigns.

Campaign Development and Execution:
Experience in creating and managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Ability to craft compelling narratives that highlight product value propositions and drive customer engagement.
Sales Enablement:
Proficiency in developing sales tools, presentations, and training materials to support the sales team.
Capability to effectively communicate product benefits and address customer inquiries.
Content Creation and Management:
Strong writing and editing skills for producing high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers.
Experience overseeing multimedia content creation, such as videos and webinars.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze marketing performance data to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Proficiency in using analytics tools to track key performance indicators and generate actionable insights.
Project Management:
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Adaptability and Continuous Learning:
Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product marketing.
Flexibility to adapt strategies based on market feedback and evolving business needs.
 
QUALIFICATIONS

·         Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
·         Experience: Minimum of +7 years of product marketing experience in the healthcare software industry, with a focus on pharmacy management solutions.
·         Expertise: Deep understanding of the pharmacy industry and the unique challenges faced by pharmacy owners. Proven ability to translate technical product features into benefits that resonate with this audience.

$90,000 - $100,000 a year
The salary for this position may vary depending on the candidate's location due to regional cost of living differences. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, and educational background. As such, the salary range is subject to adjustment to align with market conditions and company policies.
