Job Summary

MicroVentures, a leading equity-based crowdfunding platform, is seeking a Campaign Strategist to support the companies raising capital through our platform.  
 
In this role, you will work directly with companies as they are on-boarded to provide guidance throughout the entire process including strategic marketing and PR support during the raise. This will include providing best practices on campaign strategies through multiple channels. You will also act as a liaison between the company and internal cross functional teams at MicroVentures including Business Development, Due Diligence, Compliance and Marketing. Your ultimate goal is to provide the company with the best possible experience on MicroVentures.

What you’ll do at MicroVentures:

    • Serve as the primary contact for companies to provide project management and general account management throughout the entire process
    • Manage company expectations to ensure deliverables are met before and during the campaign
    • Build a marketing plan to help companies meet and exceed their funding goals and implement best practices
    • Provide guidance to company on creative assets used across campaign page and marketing efforts, including videos, investor presentations and more
    • Review and edit marketing material or correspondence from the company 
    • Be the primary resource for technical problems and answer support questions
    • Liaise with internal cross-functional teams, including Due Diligence, Compliance and Marketing

What we’re looking for:

    • Knowledge or experience in the investing space
    • Understanding of online marketing including digital, email, and press
    • 1-3 years in a client facing role in account management or digital marketing
    • Project and timeline management skills and experience in managing projects with quick timelines efficiently
    • Organized, self-motivated, and have the ability to manage multiple campaigns with shifting priorities at any given time
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Comfortable communicating with senior leadership and providing deadlines
    • Ability to work under pressure and proactively manage workload
    • Curiosity about early-stage fundraising and the startups we work with
    • Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Austin, TX, to be considered
