We are growing our team with the support of a $9M Series A led by IA Ventures and Tribeca Venture Partners in March 2018.

As the Director of Sales, you’ll be responsible for leading our Sales team in optimizing conversion rates, compressing the sales cycle and aggressively growing the number of market participants on Mighty’s registry platform. You will come in and help build the Sales function from the ground up, focusing on creating a high velocity conversion machine while working closely across marketing, customer experience, engineering, product, and operations to ensure that all invested parties are aligned with the sales team’s goals and operations. You will design, implement, and refine a scalable Sales foundation.

Responsibilities :

    • Lead the company’s sales strategy and execution
    • Develop and optimize robust inbound/outbound customer conversion processes
    • Build & implement new processes and best practices for high volume, high velocity sales
    • Define operational metrics for the team and establish a system for tracking those metrics
    • Hire, train, develop and retain a high performing sales team
    • Communicate customer insights to the product, marketing and customer success teams
    • Collaborate with marketing to drive outbound customer acquisition strategies
    • Maintain CRM data and pipeline within Salesforce


    • 3+ years experience in a SaaS sales leadership role, preferably selling to SMBs
    • Track record of building, scaling, training, and coaching high performing teams
    • Deep understanding of B2B sales cycle and operating models
    • Ability to develop, create and improve systems, structures, and processes
    • Passion for leadership, technology and innovation
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
    • Experience with Salesforce, including reporting and management KPIs
    • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, organize, and operate in a fast moving environment
