Today, our ownership management platform helps personal injury law firms, medical providers and financial service businesses manage their personal injury liens in more than 150,000 cases worth over $1 Billion. We are growing our team with the support of a $9M Series A led by IA Ventures and Tribeca Venture Partners in March 2018.

As the Director of Growth Ops, you’ll be responsible for identifying, prioritizing and solving Mighty’s most critical business challenges at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product with a core mandate of driving high-ROI scale. Straddling the line between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, you will play a pivotal role in helping to build out and shape the Growth team as the right hand to the VP of Growth & Operations.


    • Identify, prioritize and solve ongoing business requirements for a rapidly growing company
    • Gather and analyze information to generate actionable insights
    • Lead execution on major, cross-functional growth initiatives
    • Drive alignment on priorities across key business functions (e.g., sales, product, marketing)
    • Develop KPIs, goals and levers for business growth at the local, regional and national level
    • Build dashboards via Salesforce and BI tools to track and manage KPIs
    • Manage core Sales Operations responsibilities and processes such as goal setting, forecasting, tools adoption, and enablement


    • 4+ years in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or venture capital with management experience
    • Ability to develop, create and improve systems, structures, and processes
    • Strong data analysis, data modeling and presentation skills; SQL experience strongly preferred
    • You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • You are highly adaptable, and able to thrive in ambiguous or uncertain environments
    • Entrepreneurial and growth hacker mentality with a bias for action
    • Tangible experience building something from the ground up
