Today, our ownership management platform helps personal injury law firms, medical providers and financial service businesses manage their personal injury liens in more than 150,000 cases worth over $1 Billion. We are growing our team with the support of a $9M Series A led by IA Ventures and Tribeca Venture Partners in March 2018.

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll act as the leading edge of our marketing and sales efforts to prospect, qualify leads and generate interest in Mighty. Your goal is to get qualified leads to take the next step and speak live with one of our Account Executives. As an early employee you’ll be working directly with the Head of Growth and your voice will have an influence on the development of our product and processes.


    • Follow up with warm referrals and inbound leads that have expressed interest in Mighty
    • Conduct outbound phone and email campaigns to qualify prospective customers
    • Initiate sales conversations with key decision makers at target companies
    • Book meetings / demos for Account Executives with targeted and qualified leads
    • Use Salesforce and other sales tools, build prospect lists, and craft outbound messaging
    • Surface and share customer insights to shape product development and sales process
    • Help break into new expansion markets


    • 1-3 years professional experience, preferably in sales or lead generation
    • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
    • Love to develop and foster relationships and enjoy interpersonal interactions
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Excited to build a long-term sales career
    • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus
