Today, our ownership management platform helps personal injury law firms, medical providers and financial service businesses manage their personal injury liens in more than 150,000 cases worth over $1 Billion. We are growing our team with the support of a $9M Series A led by IA Ventures and Tribeca Venture Partners in March 2018.

As the Director of Marketing, you’ll lead marketing strategy for our fast growing platform including oversight of all elements of customer acquisition -- digital marketing, SEO, SEM content delivery, messaging, affiliate and outbound sales programs -- while partnering closely with Sales, Operations and Product.


    • Lead the company’s customer acquisition strategy and execution
    • Build the marketing operations and analytics infrastructure from the ground up
    • Develop innovative content strategies to engage the personal injury community
    • Manage the company’s paid acquisition budget
    • Report and optimize acquisition channel performance
    • Own execution of major, cross-functional growth initiatives


    • 4+ years in tech marketing or growth role, preferably for a B2B SaaS product
    • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycle, funnels, onboarding and success
    • Ability to develop, create and improve systems, structures, and processes
    • Tangible experience building marketing and customer acquisition infrastructure
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Growth hacker mentality with a bias for action
    • Advanced skills with Salesforce and Pardot a plus
