Today, our ownership management platform helps personal injury law firms, medical providers and financial service businesses manage their personal injury liens in more than 150,000 cases worth over $1 Billion. We are growing our team with the support of a $9M Series A led by IA Ventures and Tribeca Venture Partners in March 2018.

As a Growth Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing in-market support to our acquisition, sales and customer success teams by working directly with current and prospective customers while pioneering programs that generate key business insights and drive growth of an already fast-growing company. You’ll gain valuable exposure to all facets of the business as you liaise between the sales, operations, product and marketing.

This position is based out of our Atlanta office.


    • Generate leads, acquire contacts, and develop relationships with prospective customers
    • Support lead qualification, product demo and related conversion efforts
    • Assist in the on-boarding and orientation of new customers to the Mighty platform
    • Surface opportunities to improve customer experience and product adoption
    • Develop and refine sales and operations processes to support scalable growth
    • Conduct in-depth research of current and prospective customer data
    • Contribute business insights that influence company and product strategy
    • Represent Mighty at industry events and networking functions


    • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
    • Curiosity about and enthusiasm for sales systems and processes
    • You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Scrappy and resourceful when facing challenges of all types
    • You are highly adaptable, and able to thrive in ambiguous or uncertain environments
    • Entrepreneurial and growth hacker mentality with a bias for action
    • A good balance between analytical abilities and creativity; you can take an idea from concept to execution to analysis

    • You have experience working for a high-growth startup
    • You’ve worked in a marketing, sales, or customer success roles before
    • You have experience in Salesforce
    • You’re proficient in SQL
