As a Sales Manager at Mighty, you’ll be responsible for leading our outside sales team in Atlanta by aggressively growing the number of new, active customers on Mighty’s Law Firm Portal. The team is looking for an experienced seller or sales manager who is excited to motivate a small junior sales team and contribute to the company’s growth strategy. This role will report to the VP of Growth, who is based in New York, NY. This role is located in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities:

    • Build and manage the team’s pipeline to deliver accurate revenue recognition and forecasting
    • Coach the team to achieve continuous growth in their roles through coaching, mentoring, and team-wide initiatives
    • Design and conduct rigorous process testing to optimize the customer conversion process
    • Communicate and escalate customer insights to the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

Requirements:

    • 3+ years experience in a sales management role leading sales for a SaaS business
    • Track record of building, scaling, training, and coaching high performing teams
    • Proven track record of delivering strong and consistent sales results as a Manager
    • Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling
    • Ability to prioritize, organize, and operate in a fast moving environment
    • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High degree of competency organizing and presenting information in Google Slides, Sheets, and Documents or equivalent
    • Preferred: experience working in a CRM (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent)
