The Onboarding Analyst/Associate is a new role on the Mighty growth team dedicated to bringing operational excellence to every aspect of a customer’s first experiences using our Law Firm Portal. The team is looking for a creative problem solver with demonstrated project management skills to define, execute, and communicate processes that are critical to our growth strategy. He or she will also be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to acquiring, formatting, and ingesting customer data. This role will be managed directly by a member of the Mighty Operations team in New York, NY but is located in Atlanta, GA.


    • Partner with Mighty’s Sales and Operations teams to build and implement a consistent onboarding process across each of the customer segments
    • Support and implement new processes that drive efficiency and scale across the business
    • Set the metrics and monitor the engagement of potential customers in the trial period before purchase; identify warning signs of low engagement and craft playbooks to remedy these situations
    • Help to develop an onboarding reporting package and integrate the data into Mighty’s company reporting suite


    • 1+ year experience supporting sales in an Operations, Customer Success, or Finance function
    • Flexible and adaptable to immediate or unforeseen challenges and able to persist while building and maintaining strong relationships with the Sales team
    • Able to perform data deep-dives and uncover insights that demonstrate high-level analysis and critical thinking
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High degree of competency organizing and presenting information in Google Slides, Sheets, and Documents or equivalent
    • Preferred: experience working in a CRM (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent)
    • Preferred: experience manipulating data using PivotTables, Microsoft VBA, and/or SQL
