Migo launched in Indonesia in 2020. Migo’s initial product is sachet passes providing customers access to entertainment and education at convenient neighborhood clouds (aka Migo Download Stations/MDS). Migo today has more than 1,000 locations covering over 20 million Indonesians.

In September 2021, MNC Vision Networks (MVN), a subsidiary of leading media conglomerate MNC Group, invested $40 million for a minority stake in Migo Indonesia, accelerating Migo Indonesia’s rollout to reach 100 million Indonesians across Java by end of 2022.

Prior to the investment, Migo Indonesia became the core distributor of Vision+ (MVN’s OTT) content, by launching Vision+ on Migo to deliver a tailored experience to offline consumers.

In addition to its cornerstone partnership with Vision+, Migo Indonesia also carries entertainment content from a range of top local and international producers, and education content from the best Indonesian EdTech players, as well from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology.

JOB OVERVIEW
 
Migo’s Route-To-Market (RTM) team has a mission to deliver consistent service values across channels and pursue constant innovation to continuously improve customer experience. You will be responsible to design Migo Agency training strategy and ensuring that projects, initiatives and programs are executed as planned on ground. Your success will depend on not only your management skill but your ability to be flexible and innovate your plans to meet our growing needs of Migo consumers. 

Responsibilities

    • Develop training courses or modules (e-learning modules) to improve the knowledge, mindset and ability of our sales and Agency force 
    • Develop Migo Opportunity Business to be socializing to the Agency force and potential partners 
    • Deliver any regular training refreshment and reinforcement to ensure everyone is following the standards 
    • Develop internal tracking to identify opportunities to improve both sales and Agency force to meet their goals
    • Develop printed, audio, video & web-based training materials
    • Develop the “Train-The-Trainers” kits for sales forces & agency forces
    • Conduct training need analysis for all sales forces
    • Develop, coordinates & follow up the training calendar on weekly and monthly basis
    • Evaluates results of training programs and materials, provides recommendations for modifications, update, revisions when needs
    • Assists with the design, development and execution of training event
    • Develop & control the budget for training related projects
    • Work closely with the other functions in the development and implementation of the training materials & programs to improves sales KPI (recruit, promote-up, activation) 

Qualifications

    • Have 5-7 years of cumulative experience in driving sales training, preferably with experience from networking marketing or insurance company
    • Have 3 years of experience leading team
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented to develop effective training materials
    • Proven track record in building and nourishing relationships with various stakeholders
    • Solid interpersonal and written communications skills that inspire call to action among the sales team
    • Proficient in written/oral English and Bahasa Indonesia
    • Willing to travel regularly
