 Miinto is a leading e-commerce platform in fashion operating across Europe. Right now, we are going through a dynamic and exciting expansion plan, in 2020 we successfully launched 6 new markets and we’ve therefore decided to add more talent onboard, to provide outstanding customer care support. As a Customer Care Agent at Miinto you will be making a difference for our customers every day and it is essential that you have a “can do” attitude and take pride in excite and surprise our customers, in a swift and efficient manner to ensure our customers are left with an amazing customer experience.

What you'll do:

    • Excite all customers with an outstanding experience on all our support channels, such as phone, live chat, email, Trustpilot and Facebook Messenger in American
    • Provide quick resolutions to inquiries regarding the website, products, returns and orders  
    • Handle daily ad hoc tasks


    • Very good written and spoken American English
    • Background/knowledge/experience within the US service industry
    • Desire to work full time, in a rotating schedule 14:00-05:00 CET, in order to support our customers and night shoppers in the US
    • Good communication skills and high-quality awareness
    • Proactive approach to daily tasks and providing all customers with the best solution
    • Ability to work in a flexible and adaptable way, with a mindset ready for change 
    • Ability to spread your positive attitude amongst customers and team members
    • Customer service background is a plus
