About the Job: 
As the Store Manager, you won't just be managing a store; you'll be setting the stage for Babyletto's grand entrance into physical retail. It’s an opportunity to make a significant impact as we open our doors to the vibrant community of West Hollywood. Join us as we embark on this exciting new chapter at Babyletto's first-ever brick and mortar store! 

What You'll Do:

    • Lead, inspire, recruit, and hire a team of Sales Associates for an exceptional visitor experience. 
    • Become an expert on the Babyletto catalog, providing tailored product advice. 
    • Engage with customers, forming new relationships and enhancing brand loyalty. 
    • Educate visitors on Babyletto's history and value proposition. 
    • Oversee inventory management and back-of-house operations. 
    • Implement solutions to challenges swiftly and effectively. 
    • Collaborate with HQ on programs, events, and initiatives for customer experiences. 
    • Share valuable customer insights with product and marketing teams. 
    • Manage scheduling and payroll for business needs. 
    • Maintain operational excellence with key policies and procedures. 
    • Execute opening and closing duties meticulously. 
    • Utilize KPIs and reporting for business solutions and exceed sales targets. 
    • Champion Babyletto's mission and core values. 

What you bring to the table:

    • 3+ years experience in retail or hospitality leadership including managing of direct reports  
    • Shopify experience preferred, but not required  
    • Willing to give and receive feedback to and from field team/HQ on improving store environment and customer service   
    • A can-do attitude and the willingness to own every challenge and roll up your sleeves as needed  
    • Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends  
    • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs at times.
