This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative leader to contribute to Mindtickle’s success by leading the company’s growth and demand generation efforts for marketing. In this critical role, you will be responsible for our demand campaigns, account-based marketing, digital marketing and inbound lead generation initiatives targeted at both our enterprise and commercial segments. As a direct report to the CMO, you will work cross-functionally to develop and orchestrate demand initiatives designed to resonate with revenue, sales and enablement leadership personas. The ideal candidate will have proven experience building and scaling integrated marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions, developing and implementing measurement and attribution across all demand elements, and leveraging insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

    • Own demand strategy and execution for Mindtickle across all geos and segments. 
    • Define account-based marketing strategy for target accounts with measurable results.
    • Build, orchestrate, and execute an end-to-end digital marketing strategy that drives sales qualified leads through SEO, ABM, email, display ads, AdWords, chatbot, content syndication, and other next-generation digital marketing techniques. 
    • Drive campaign plans, partnering with the product marketing team to define the positioning and content as well as and enablement team to determine the roll out.
    • Lead a team of demand managers, paid digital marketers, and website team.
    • Carefully manage our digital marketing and marketing technology budget, focusing on forecasting and actuals.
    • Work closely with our product marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, and customer marketing on ABM strategy and campaign development to ensure a highly coordinated experience and ensure brand consistency across all channels. 
    • Brief sales and BDRs on campaigns and take input accordingly. 
    • Analyze program effectiveness and regularly share performance and insights with recommended next best actions
    • Work with the field marketing team to project manage webinars and events, as well as drive sign-ups for them. 
    • Work closely with ops and leadership to report on our lead generation and account engagement efforts.
    • Use data and insights to tweak campaigns and make content changes.

Qualifications

    • 5-7+ years of people leadership experience in the demand generation function.
    • 15+ years of experience marketing to B2B customers in a fast paced environmentProven results meeting and exceeding pipeline targets
    • Deep understanding of ABM strategy, playbooks and best practices. 
    • Strong track record of planning and launching integrated campaigns in partnership with sales and across various channels, including web, email, chatbots, content, SEO, social media, webinars, paid ads, etc.
    • Experience  and a deep technical understanding of SFDC, Marketo, Outreach, Demandbase (or similar), Qualified, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ad Manager, and more. Strong understanding of marketing and sales analytics
    • Knowledge of the B2B purchase process and how to identify opportunities to create demand and accelerate opportunities. Extensive experience mentoring, coaching, and leading high performing demand teams
    • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
