We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who can help our product engineering team excel in a fast-changing environment.

What's in it for you?

    • Serves as scrum master for 2-4 development teams, composed of engineers, product managers, and designers, to ensure predictable delivery of high-quality product features.
    • Create and maintain team roadmaps and backlogs with product managers.
    • Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, kick-offs, retrospectives, and other standard process ceremonies.
    • Identify risks, visualize upstream & downstream dependencies and help unblock challenges.
    • Provide project status and estimates to all stakeholders.
    • Help the team with the story creation, estimation, and planning processes.
    • Administrate appropriate project management tools.
    • Coordinate cross-project activities.

We'd love to hear from you, if you:

    • Are a Software professional with 6-8 years of overall industry experience out of which 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role as a Technical Program Manager.
    • Have hands-on experience in agile Software product development methodologies.
    • Own a track record of successfully executing complex, high-impact projects working directly with engineering teams.
    • Possess deep understanding of agile approaches such as scrum, and other methods for managing development work such as Lean and Kanban.
    • Are experienced in implementing complex workflows, dashboards, and configurations in a project management tool, Jira preferred.
    • Attain knowledge of widely used Agile practices like continuous integration test-driven development, pair programming, etc.
    • Have strong interpersonal skills, and aptitude for coaching & mentoring.
    • Are able to remove roadblocks, manage conflicts and negotiate successful outcomes through a facilitative approach.
    • Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills.
