We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst who will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to identify and solve multi-system business problems in accordance with Mindtickle business processes. The Lead Business Analyst will have the ability to make a significant impact, solving complex problems and optimizing outcomes.

What’s in it for you?
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Business Analysts.
- Work with stakeholders to drive end-to-end procurement of tools, performing Fit-GAP analysis’.
- Define and analyze business processes and validate requirements.
- Apply understanding of the technical aspect of tools and advise on best practices.
- Draw BPMN diagrams of business processes.
- Build Requirement Traceability Matrix.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis to produce business benefit matrix, drive business decisions.
- Act as a process expert for Lead to Quote Process.
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- Have Bachelor’s Degree
- Are having 7+ years’ relevant experience in Lead to quote consulting
- Are experiencing working on business analysis frameworks
- Have experience with Application implementation life cycle
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Have exposure to tools like Salesforce, Gartner Inc, Capterra, LeadiQ, Zoominfo, is an added advantage.
