We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Technical Delivery Manager (Technical Product Owner). This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a world-class team of developers and experienced architects, driving the organization to new heights.

As the Technical Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our high-performing team while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. You will be responsible for building and scaling our practice globally, driving inclusive communication, and ensuring efficient organizational navigation. Additionally, you will spearhead strategies for effective data engineering development and long-term architectural planning, partnering closely with technical leads and architects to deliver exceptional customer success.

    • Track project tasks and deliveries, providing timely reporting and risk alerts to senior management.
    • Manage project P&L to ensure margins and client SLAs are consistently met.
    • Create and Review estimates, SOWs and other contractual artifacts, outlining milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
    • Conduct code reviews to maintain a high level of competence and operational excellence within the team.

    • Product and Technical Competency:

    • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to discuss and articulate complex platform situations.
    • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering Teams, Technical Architects, and clients to propose architect technology standards and custom solutions.
    • Utilize technical expertise and knowledge of the MindTickle platform to deliver technical aspects of engagements.

    • Problem Solving:

    • Oversee team activities related to solution requirement gathering, design, development, implementation, QA, and maintenance.
    • Guide the team during client escalations and recommend process improvements.

We'd love to hear from you, if you:

    • Own a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline.3+ years of experience leading a team of developers and solution architects.
    • Have 8-12 years of software Engineering experience.
    • Experience leading technical or consultant teams in the enterprise software space.
    • Acquire proficiency in Apache Airflow
    • Have an understanding of REST APIs
    • Obtain 3+ years of experience with AWS Cloud - Knowledge of EC2, S3, and Lambdas is a must.
    • Deep understanding of Git
    • Have an experience with basics of HTML/CSS/JSProficiency in Python (with Pandas)
    • Possesses strong analytical and data-driven mindsetExperience setting up/tracking key Engineering metrics.
    • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
    • Get hold of excellent communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels.Ability to coordinate with global teams and clients across different time zones.

    • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Have experience managing client-facing tech teams in a major SaaS platformFamiliarity with enterprise tech stack and managing multicultural team
    • Are proficient in Java, Python, Node.js, SQL, Kafka
    • Experience with Snowflake is a plus.
