MindTickle is looking for curious, solution-oriented, and customer-centric individuals to join our rapidly growing Content as a Service team in Pune.In this role, you will lead multiple high-visibility, non-tech customer-critical projects, including prospect demos, pilots, Centre of Excellence and Art of the Possible sessions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.You will be responsible for aligning project goals with business priorities, managing risks, and optimizing workflows using project management tools. Strong cross-functional collaboration is essential. Additionally, this role requires adaptability to evolving business needs, effective resource management, and the ability to develop analytical solutions for complex challenges.

- Lead multiple fast-paced projects with short timelines, bringing cross-functional teams together to align priorities, drive execution, and manage change effectively. You will also be responsible for tracking progress, reporting key project outcomes and successes to leadership, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple projects across the customer journey—including pre-sales, sales, onboarding, enablement, and education—while ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration by building strong relationships across departments. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Oversee creative task processing, streamlining workflows for faster turnaround and efficiency.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively across multiple workstreams, ensuring proper staffing and execution.
- Align project execution with business priorities to support long-term objectives.
- Track progress using dashboards, reports, and project management tools to provide visibility to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide teams, driving accountability and high performance.
- Develop data-driven solutions by analyzing complex challenges and selecting the best alternatives.
- Stay organized and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Adaptability & Process Optimization: Standardize best practices, drive continuous improvement, and navigate evolving business needs effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in managing multiple projects
- Expertise in project planning, customer communication, and delivery management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other Project Management tools like Trello, Asana, and Jira.
- Have excellent business analysis skills, negotiation skills, and people management skills.
- Collaborate with the Presales team to develop impactful solutions while leveraging expertise in learning design for content development.
- Proactiveness and an attitude to own & drive projects to completion.
- Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
