We’re seeking a Learning Consultant who is a strategic partner, innovator, and thought leader in learning and enablement. This role goes beyond traditional instructional design — you will diagnose real business challenges, reframe learning needs into enablement solutions, and design AI-enabled, scalable programs that drive measurable business outcomes. You will lead collaboration across teams, ensuring learning solutions are learner-centric, modern, and aligned to evolving business priorities.

- Strategic Discovery & Needs Analysis: Lead in-depth discovery sessions with key stakeholders to uncover challenges and differentiate between requests and underlying needs.
- Problem Reframing & Hypothesis Formation: Translate ambiguous training asks into clearly defined, business-aligned learning challenges that focus on changing behaviors, mindsets, and skills rather than just improving knowledge.
- Innovative Learning Solution Design: Adopt a solution-first mindset and develop learner-centric enablement strategies that leverage AI, performance support, micro-learning, and learning in the flow of work.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Mindtickle leadership, SMEs, product, and technology teams to ensure solutions are relevant, scalable, and ready for global rollout.
- Measurement & Impact: Define success metrics tied to business outcomes such as sales effectiveness, cycle time, and competency improvement; use data and feedback to iteratively refine programs.
- Thought Leadership & Mentorship: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies; mentor instructional designers and enablement peers to elevate the team’s strategic capabilities.
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- 10 to 15 years of experience designing and delivering learning solutions in corporate environments, preferably in sales enablement or revenue productivity for tech and non-tech industries.
- Proven ability to diagnose complex business challenges and translate them into impactful learning strategies.
- Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies plus modern approaches like AI-enabled content creation, microlearning, and performance support.
- Exceptional consultative skills with experience leading discovery, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Business acumen with a strong focus on tying learning outcomes to measurable business metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, including executive presence and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience working in agile, fast-paced, matrixed organizations managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with AI tools and authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, or equivalents is a plus.
