We need curious, customer-focused team members who are driven by successfully enabling customers on the mindtickle platform to join our rapidly growing global Success Specialist and Enablement team. Our team strives to provide customers with easy-to-use, high-quality, just-in-time education and advisory services.
At Mindtickle, the role of Senior Instructional Designer goes beyond traditional instructional design. Along with creating content, you'll also be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, including analysis, storyboarding, scripting, development, and providing training solutions. Our product training is provided as self-paced eLearning and Instructor-led Workshops.
In this role, you will collaborate with Success Specialists and Enablement team members, Product Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support and more to evolve our self-paced eLearning offerings and develop role-specific certification programs.

What’s in it for you?
- Opportunity to design engaging and creative product training for a global audience, using instructional design and adult learning theories. Build in-depth, visually creative eLearning modules on products for customers
- Showcase your expertise and skills across needs analysis, storyboarding, scripting, content development, and module production
- Become a product champion by conducting deep technical and user analysis of the Mindtickle platform to develop comprehensive and engaging training
- Meet and collaborate with Mindtickle’s star teams across Customer Success, Product Managers, Engineering, and Support during all phases of development and delivery as required
- Take ownership of project estimations, deliveries, and work end-to-end during the project's lifecycle.
- Improve the team’s standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across audiences and modules
- Become a product SME for the team as you develop and maintain a high degree of product knowledge and related technologies
- Opportunity to mentor instructional designers within the team
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience as an instructional designer focused on software platforms, preferably in SaaS companies
- Exhibit advanced skills in needs analysis, content chunking, curriculum development, storyboarding, scripting, and content production/development
- Are experienced and drives projects end-to-end with SMEs from analysis to final deployment
- Have hands-on experience building eLearning using authoring tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, Captivate, or Rise
- Worked on multiple content formats
- Have familiarity with MS Office, G Suite, JIRA, and Slack
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Have experience with learning Management systems
- Have the ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines
- Experienced in instructional design, adult learning principles, and learning theory
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Have Instructional Design Certification (Preferred)
