Seasonal Print Quality Assistant 2025

  • Are you available to start Thursday, October 9th or Friday, October 10th?
  • This role is compensated at $19/hr for Geo 3, $20/hr for Geo 2, or $21/hr for Geo 1. Are you okay with the pay rate for your Geo? (see job posting to determine which Geo your state falls in)
  • If you have any upcoming vacations or potential time-off requests, please provide the dates you will need off. Please note that Thanksgiving and Christmas are company holidays and do not require a time-off request.
  • Minted’s busiest time is between Thanksgiving and Christmas (specifically 11/29 to 12/24), and no time off will be approved during this period. Can you commit to working during this time?
  • During induction day and 3 weeks of training, you must be available 9 am - 6 pm PST. We are unable to accommodate hours outside of this time frame during the first three weeks. After that, shifts will be 9 - 6 pm in your local time. Are you available to work these hours?
  • What days are you available to work?
  • We have the highest production volumes on the weekend. Are you available to work at least one Saturday or Sunday per week?
