Seasonal Quality Specialist - 2025

  • Are you looking for a full-time position (30-40 hours/week)?
  • This role is compensated at $19.65/hr for Geo 3 or $21.41/hr for Geo 2. Are you okay with the pay rate for your Geo? (see job posting to determine which Geo your state falls in)
  • This is a seasonal contract role that will support Minted's holiday season from early October through late December. Will this contract time work for you?
  • Do you plan to relocate either temporarily or full-time during the duration of this contract?
  • You will work 5-days per week. What days are you available to work?
  • This role will primarily work 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break. Shifts will fall between 5:30am and 8:30pm Pacific Time (PT). Scheduled work hours may change partway through the season. Please select ALL shift start time windows you are available to work — this information will help us match you with an available schedule if you are hired. Some shift start times may be limited, so we recommend selecting all options you are available to work.
  • Training for this position will be 3 full weeks after induction day. The schedule for training will be Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm Pacific Time (PT) with lunch scheduled from 12:30pm-1:30pm PT. The final week of training will be scheduled from 9:30am - 5:30pm Pacific Time (PT) Monday - Thursday. Please let us know when you would be available to start (select all that apply). Preference will be given to comparable candidates who have earlier start dates.
  • Minted’s busiest time is from Black Friday through Christmas Eve (11/28 - 12/24), can you commit to working a 40-hour work week during these times?
  • Do you currently have any upcoming vacations or potential time-off requests? Please note that Thanksgiving and Christmas are company holidays and do not require a time-off request.

  • This role requires you to be available on camera during any meetings that may occur during your shift. Can you commit to this as well?
  • Our Customer Service team utilizes Salesforce as our main CRM Tool. Please describe your experience with Salesforce or a similar tool (Zendesk, Oracle, SAP).
  • Our Customer Service team also utilizes an Order Management System. Please describe your experience with Order Management systems (such as NetSuite, Shopify, etc).
  • Our Customer Service team uses Dialpad as our main Cloud Contact Software Center. Please describe your experience with Cloud Contact Software Centers (including Dialpad Avaya, 8x8, and Cisco).
  • This role will use Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Meet) . Please describe your experience with these systems.
  • This role must be your primary focus, as you will conduct detail-oriented QA Evaluations and provide both feedback and ratings that will have a direct impact on the Customer Service team. You cannot work another job or be the sole childcare provider during your scheduled shifts. To be successful in this role, you must also have a quiet, dedicated workspace, a reliable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps, a working webcam and microphone for the interview process, and able to be on camera and mic as needed during your workday.
