Miroculus is looking for a motivated and talented Senior Financial Analyst with strong business acumen, deep financial expertise and solid communication. You will be a  finance transformation change agent within our growing organization. In this role, you will support budget planning, forecasts, monthly operational/financial reviews and other ad hoc projects.  We operate in a fast-paced environment and collaborate significantly with cross-functional and international teams.


    • Provide financial modeling, analytics, and general internal finance support, while clearly and effectively communicating results to senior leadership. 
    • Elaborate monthly packages to be utilized for financial management reporting, including variance explanations, forecast updates, scenario building and other analyses.
    • Assist in the development and modeling of the quarterly operating plan (budget) and manage monthly and quarterly forecast updates.
    • Assist different company areas in preparing forecasts and budgets and identifying the underlying reasons for variances from those financial plans.
    • Review operating expenses and capital expenditures to understand variances and improve future forecasts.
    • Analyze, synthesize and translate data into key strategic inputs and insights that will drive strategic decision making at the executive level. 
    • Examine financials to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy and procedure. 
    • Diagnose financial processes, identify improvement opportunities, prescribe improvement strategies, and guide the improvement effort.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or STEM field.
    • 4+ years total Finance experience, preferably in a high growth startup environment.
    • A keen analytical eye and experience building financial models from scratch (in Google Sheets, Excel, or other planning applications).
    • Strong knowledge of financial modeling and analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
    • Ability to evaluate and model complex problems and understand the strategic implications of different business approaches.
    • Ability to apply knowledge of GAAP.
    • Self-directed and able to work well in a team environment. 
    • Ability to work in ambiguity and anticipate challenges and solutions before they arise.
    • Exhibits clear leadership potential.
