Role Overview

As MIRROR’s first Partnerships Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with leadership and trainers from world-class fitness brands. This impactful role requires excellent interpersonal skills with proven expertise in relationship management, talent development and exceptional written + verbal communication. In this role, you will manage the experience of our brand studio partners as they bring their brands to life on The Mirror and across lululemon studio. This requires an ability to have many balls in the air, move with agility and perform under pressure. The Partnerships Relationship Manager will also have their finger on the pulse of the everchanging fitness industry and be responsible for generating authentic relationships and identifying pipeline for future partnerships. You’ll be joining our growing Partnerships team, and reporting directly to the Director of lululemon studio Partnerships.

How You'll Add Value

    • You manage our studio partnership relationships – you are the point person and tailor the program to each individual brand's needs and strengths. You are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our world-class brand partners leading in the fitness industry as well as wellness industry leaders + media
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with best-in-class global talent aligned with our brand purpose, vision and strategy for the disciplines
    • You manage the studio partners strategic sales budgets in partnership with the key account manager maximizing their impact + generating revenue for the business
    • You maintain a cadence of contact with our studio partners + trainers appearing on lululemon studio to identify opportunities to create impact and support their initiatives
    • You work cross functionally with the Fitness + Content Team, PR, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Brand, Product, North America community and retail teams to leverage studio partners influence in all areas of the business
    • You partner with the Partnerships Program Manager to track, measure, and report on ambassadors' activity and successes, on a monthly cadence as well as the Marketing teams across lululemon studio to inform and execute studio partners marketing and activation plans 
    • You ensure that we are a stand for inclusivity and equity in the fitness industry and inform marketing and storytelling in line with this
    • You gather insight on existing & emerging opportunities for the business and contribute to overall strategy and future pipeline development

What You Bring To The Team

    • You are a natural relator and connector; building rapport with others is something that comes effortlessly to you. You believe in relationship building and working as part of a team to achieve goals and generate results
    • 3-4+ year’s experience in health & wellness, or marketing with a global brand, with experience in managing relationships at the highest levels
    • You are a cross-functional team player that can unite a team to get work done quickly and effectively, you are agile and a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit 
    • You are committed to personal and leadership development and love to sweat with demonstrated knowledge + passion for the fitness industry 
    • You are an excellent communicator who leads with transparency and can set clear expectations. You communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same
    • You are considered an expert in the lululemon brand identity as it relates to community, and can make key decisions as it relates to partnerships and relationships
    • You eat, sleep and breathe relationships. You are a fitness & influencer marketing expert who manages our lululemon studio brand studio partners to execute best practice strategy to support our partners and inspire our members + guests
