1.       Strategy, budgeting and planning
·         Develops and proposes the department strategy and plans based on Marketing Department budget.
·         Develops and proposes the distribution and social media plan based on approved Misk strategy and campaigns
·         Develops and proposes a content plan for the other digital assets (website) and align with digital transformation team for implementation   
·         Develops annual budgets for paid media and advertising
 
 
2.       Management of campaigns and social media accounts
·         Management of a range of different social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat and Instagram) including the selection of content to be posted and timing of posts
·         Management of content development for the website, link & backlink to other channels/ digital assets & drive traffic.  
·         Developing and maintaining the marketing calendar for all content and campaigns
·         Management of the Misk’s presence and contributions on a range of different websites
·         Management of the Misk’s influencer marketing campaigns
·         Ensure interaction with the audience on social media and on websites present
·         Liaise with the creative and production team to obtain feedback on the audience’s reaction to different types of content on the different types of platforms
·         Develops and proposes the necessary policies, procedures and management system (including meetings, reports, policies, procedures and their interactions) for social media account management
·         Develops and proposes the necessary policies, procedures and management system (including meetings, reports, policies, procedures and their interactions) for campaign management
·         Works closely with retained agencies to manage social media channels and digital communities
·         Sets the necessary KPIs to ensure social media initiatives and campaigns meet their strategic objectives
·         Plans human resource requirements based on the approved distribution plan, and identifies needs for external resources where required
·         Ensures that the CMO, Operations and other Directors receive high quality, relevant and accurate information in a timely manner so as to be able to take well-informed decisions regarding social media and campaigns
 
3.       Community engagement
·         Develops and proposes the necessary policies, procedures and management system for community engagement
·         Sets the necessary KPIs to ensure community engagement initiatives meet their strategic objectives
·         Plans human resource requirements based on the approved distribution plan, and identifies needs for external resources where required
·         Ensures that the CMO and the Operations and Decision Support Manager receives high quality, relevant and accurate information in a timely manner so as to be able to take well-informed decisions regarding community engagement
 
4.       Day to day operations management
·         Oversees, monitors and controls the distribution processes (social media, campaigns and community engagement initiatives), including the monitoring and control of external suppliers
·         Acts as project manager for major distribution efforts / campaigns
·         Continuous improvement of the distribution processes and management system
 
5.       People management and corporate culture
·         Builds and leads a motivated, engaged and competent workforce throughout the Marketing and Communication department, by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback to meet the company’s challenges and goals.
·         Contributes to the implementation and improvement of the Misk’s corporate culture
 
6.       Reporting
·         Ensure regular reporting of audience interaction and engagement KPIs, including the number of follower, targeted audience reach rate, audience interactions and audience feedback.
·         Prepares timely and accurate reports (Financial Reports, Quarterly Reports) to meet Misk’s requirements, policies and standards
Ensures that the CMO and the other Directors receives high quality, relevant and accurate information in a timely manner so as to be able to take well-informed decisions regarding content production

Applicants Must have the following Requirements: -

-    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related subject,  Master’s degree a plus
·         Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar environment, distributing digital content, with documented results of increases in engagement and base audience
·         At least 3 years in a similar senior role with P&L responsibility
·         Work with an educational institution is a plus
·         Previous interactions with government agencies and large employers is a plus
