Job Purpose
Lead the implementation, expansion and day-to-day operations of Misk’s Youth Activation Hub – a uniquely engaging youth-centred online platform. The Youth Hub will a gateway to Misk’s programs and provide engaging content and events to engage youth.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager will have oversight and responsibility for the following:

      Aligns platform with overall Operations and Beneficiary Engagement strategy
      Ensures Program Alignment and Beneficiary Satisfaction are leading development and improvements
      Develops strategic next steps to improve service to better serve beneficiaries

      Recommends the platform budget requirement and monitors financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs, revenues, talent needs, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential areas of cost reduction or performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon

·         Sets overall timeline for improvements of platform (and subsequent milestones)
·         Liaises with program teams to ensure alignment on expectations, and that updates are made as required to accurately reflect program status
·         Selects and monitors collaboration with external contractors/partners to support the delivery of the digital interface.
·         Liaises with Marketing team on overall engagement and communications calendar

·         Tracks progress on impact metrics and OKRs to measure success of platform
·         Implements reporting and OKRs within the team and follows up as needed
·         Supports the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet organizational and departmental requirements, policies and standards

·         Develops and oversees the implementation of department policies, procedures, processed and tools covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering research of highest quality
      Builds and leads a motivated, engaged and competent team by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback

      Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices

      Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.

o   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education or any related field
o   Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferable
    Language: English and Arabic language skills
        7+ years of experience building and maintaining large scale customer-facing websites or online portals
        Demonstrable experience developing and delivering on a digital product roadmap from the development of the vision to a successful end user experience and most have experience in Community Engagement
        Ability to work as a team
        Communication skills, both oral and verbal
        Strong problem-solving skills. Target orientation, drive for results and success, persistence despite obstacles and opposition
        Driven by KPIs and measurable output
        Good stakeholder management, both internally and externally
