Job Purpose 
The ideal candidate has a strong track record in building and executing strategic, targeted, and measurable cross-channel outreach campaigns (digital, offline). S/he has demonstrated experience, maturity, and resourcefulness in setting strategic marketing plans and budgets and managing multiple agencies and other stakeholders. Experience in executive education, higher education, or non-profits is a strong advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities 
1- Strategic planning and oversight 
*Develop an overarching outreach strategy (comms and marketing) and annual plans to build Misk’s credibility in the leadership development space and help its leadership programs reach relevant target audiences.
*Develop annual budgets for marketing and communication in close collaboration with the Director of Leadership and program managers.  
*Ensure that goals and KPIs are set, tracked, and reported at strategy, plan, and campaign level across the track’s outreach/ marketing activities.  

2- Campaign management
*Translate Misk Leadership outreach and marketing strategy into targeted campaigns and initiatives, working in close collaboration with program managers and directors.
*Develop RFPs and secure relevant vendors and services for timely and quality-driven execution of campaigns and plans. 
*Execute campaigns across all channels ensure alignment with the Misk brand strategy and best practices. 
*External providers/agencies and internal team (when applicable)  in developing and managing ensure that communication activities and services are running optimally and as per leading practices. 
*Ensure that all communications are of the highest standards and act as a gate-keeper for quality of content and adherence to brand guidelines and DNA.
3- Always on communication  
*Ensure that online presence is robust (tech and content) and that disaster recovery as well as crisis management plans are in place and kept up to date.
*Lead community management of Misk Leadership Social media channels between campaigns.
4-Continuous Improvement and opportunity spotting  
*Identify opportunities to strengthen outreach and marketing function within the leadership track and mobilize resources to capitalize on these opportunities.
5- Reporting  
*Prepare timely and accurate external/ digital media analytics, metrics, and campaign reports for Misk provide clarity on the status of the projects and to meet organizational requirements, policies and standards. 
6-Related Assignments  
*Support with content development as necessary and needed, such as press releases, speeches, etc.
*Act as an advisor to the Director of Leadership on outreach and marketing related topics.

Qualifications
*Saudi National (preferred).
*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field. Advanced degree in business, journalism, media and publishing is a plus.
