Currently we are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team!
As our newest Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for communicating Mission’s company culture through the facilitation of the onboarding process which includes, but is not limited to, high employee engagement, offer letter generation, documentation collection, equipment requests, and orientation coordination.
Location: Remote or onsite at San Diego (Mission Valley) Support Center
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business or other related discipline, required.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and a diverse workload, while achieving results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with clinical professionals and business partners at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
$52,000 - $58,000 a year
