Administrative Assistant at Mission Healthcare
This is a full-time position located in San Diego, CA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting times between 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM PST (8 HOUR SHIFTS), Rotating weekends 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

The Administrative Assistant (AA) is responsible for plans and coordinates all administrative services for the company. This role requires decision making as the Administrative Coordinator must help a business identify its administrative needs and work with a team of professionals to meet those demands.
The AA must be able to Lift and move items such as office supplies, equipment, and deliveries (up to [specify weight, e.g., 20-30lbs.]).
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years’ experience preferably in home health or health care.
- Graduation from a one- or two-year business college preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Skills Required:
- Able to type 60 words-per-minute
- Word processing skills
- Computer skills
- Business machines (copier/scanner/fax/etc.) knowledge
- Medical terminology
Preferred Qualifications:
-Bilingual in English and Spanish
$21 - $23 an hour
