Home Care Home Base Analyst - Information Technology (IT)
This is a full-time, non-exempt role
The HCHB Analyst is responsible for compiling, validating, and analyzing Home Care Home Base data to support the clinical teams across the organization. You will be responsible for managing the Visit Change adjustment process, reviewing data/insights, making process improvements and supporting education of the team. You will be the primary lead on HCHB processes and implementations with the business service lines. You will be responsible for engaging key stakeholders across the company-payroll, human resources, IT, and the business line leaders. You will also be responsible for ongoing reporting and confirmation of data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, OT, lunch adherence, visit time guidance.
- HCHB Engagement: Understands key technology platform updates and improvements.
- Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with the finance team on overall reporting and cost/savings implications.
- Clinical Communication: Ongoing communication with administrators and clinical operations leaders to review processes, tools and training.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the process and propose solutions for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Home Health & Hospice setting.
- Minimum one (1) year experience using HCHB to perform operations relating to the Home Health and Hospice Business model.
- Verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information and communicate with all levels of management.
- Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
- General Android Device and PC Troubleshooting.
$60,000 - $74,500 a year
