We are looking for a passionate and experienced nursing professional to take on this pivotal leadership role. As the Home Health RN Lead, you will oversee and support our team of skilled home health nurses, ensuring our patients receive top-quality care. Compensation starting at $55/ hour, DOE, open to negotiation!
About the Role
- Supervise and lead a team of home health nurses: Direct and support a team of nurses to ensure effective home care delivery.
- Oversee patient care plans and ensure their implementation: Develop and monitor individualized care plans, ensuring they are followed for optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to the nursing team: Offer expert advice and mentorship, supporting nurses' professional growth and maintaining high care standards.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations: Keep current with healthcare regulations and ensure all practices adhere to legal requirements, safeguarding patient safety.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care: Work with other providers to coordinate and improve patient care.
Qualifications
- Current Washington RN license.
- Minimum of 1 year of home health nursing experience.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Knowledge of Medicare
- OASIS experience preferred
