We're currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team full-time. As a Home Health PTA, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our home health patients, helping them restore their functional status and improve their quality of life. Working closely with our care teams, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need within your community.

Location: Vancouver, WA

Compensation: $38-$44 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

- Provide physical therapy services to patients according to a written physician's plan of care.

- Treat patients to relieve pain, develop or restore function, and maintain maximum performance.

- Direct and assist patients in active and passive therapeutic exercises, muscle reeducation, gait and functional training, transfer activities, and prosthetic training.

- Maintain necessary records, including clinical notes and conference notes, which will be incorporated into the patient’s clinical record within prescribed time frames.

- Participate in Organization Home Care Team Members meetings and Organization In-service Education Program.

- Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant within the state.

- Current CPR certification.

- Must maintain a valid driver’s license, active auto insurance meeting state minimum requirements, and possess an operational vehicle.
