Pay range (depending on experience): $70-75k annual salary

Schedule/Shift: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Territory/Location: Mission Valley San Diego, CA

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage administrative operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
    • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
    • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs and report findings and recommendations to the Director.
    • Support business planning efforts for new services, products, and markets.
    • Oversee staffing, equipment, and system needs; recommend enhancements to support growth and performance.
    • Facilitate implementation of new technologies and process improvements.
    • Provide project management support for strategic initiatives and special projects.
    • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal policies.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality assurance, and professional development.
    • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) strongly preferred.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading others, preferably in an administrative or operations role.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in administrative/executive operations or support services.
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
    • High emotional intelligence and the ability to effectively support and communicate complex topics clearly with executive leaders.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
