IT Systems Administrator at Mission Healthcare

This is a full-time position located in Tempe, AZ

The System Administrator will play a critical role in managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, with a focus on ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our Windows and Microsoft 365 environments. This position is vital to keeping the technology that supports our mission to provide exceptional healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows system administration and a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 tools.

IT Systems Administrator position overview:

Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and security practices.
- Experience with healthcare IT systems and familiarity with HIPAA compliance is a plus.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support management or a similar role.

Certifications: 
- CompTIA A+
- Microsoft certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar are highly desirable. 

Pay Transparency:
Starting at $85,000 per year.
$85,000 - $95,000 a year
