Clinical Manager – Portland

As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality home health services, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional patient care. You will manage clinical operations, personnel performance, and office administration to support the overall success of the branch.

Requirements:

- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon
- Three (3) years of RN experience, including at least one (1) year in home health or a related healthcare setting
- Two (2) years of management experience within the last five years in home health or a related healthcare organization
- Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order (per state and company requirements)
- OASIS experience required
