OT at Tender Care Home Health position requirements:
- Current and valid Utah licensure as an OT.
- Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience as an OT.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA).
$50 - $70 an hour
