The Senior User Acquisition Manager will lead the management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on driving user growth in Japan and other APAC markets. This role reports directly to the APAC User Acquisition Manager and collaborates closely within a cross-functional, matrixed team to ensure alignment with overall company objectives and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Lead data analysis and optimize UA campaigns based on internal performance KPIs. 
Regularly monitor, assess and present in-depth reports on campaign performance to company stakeholders.
Provide input and data-driven insights into creative development.
Manage relationships with existing partners and identify new platforms and opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
Engage closely with the Creative, Sales, Product, and Data teams, fostering a cohesive approach to align on company goals and strategies.
Stay up-to-date on the latest user acquisition trends, market dynamics, and emerging platforms in Japan.

Requirements:
5–7+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving results.
Proven ability to manage UA campaigns across multiple platforms, effectively handling substantial budgets.
Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills; additional fluency in other Asian languages is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of mobile advertising technologies, including attribution tools and platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies for user acquisition.
Hands-on experience with SDK networks, DSPs, SSPs, and major platforms such as Facebook, Google, and others relevant to the Japanese market.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and provide clear, concise reporting.
